Thank you for shopping at Digital Haider. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality digital products, services, and accounts. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows.
Digital Products and Services
All sales of digital products, services, and accounts are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Verified Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- PHP Scripts and Automation Tools
- Canva Templates and other design assets
- eBooks and Digital Guides
- Consultation and Management Services
- AdSense Approval and other account-based services
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (e.g., account credentials shared, file downloaded, service rendered), we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The nature of digital goods makes them non-returnable.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly and are intangible. Once you have access to a digital file or account credentials, there is no way to "return" the product. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and the integrity of the digital goods we sell.
We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions, feature lists, and any available previews before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Exceptions
We believe in customer satisfaction and will consider exceptions to this policy only in the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the digital product or account details within the specified delivery timeframe after your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and ensure the product is delivered to you. If we are unable to deliver the product, a full refund will be issued.
- Product Not as Described: If a product is significantly different from its description or preview, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your claim and, if we find a significant discrepancy, we may offer a replacement or, in rare cases, a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
Please note that issues related to your own technical capabilities, software compatibility (unless specified by us), or a change of mind are not grounds for a refund.
